About Nic Lind

Nic Lind has called North Tacoma home for the past 20 years, enjoying everything that the community has to offer – gorgeous homes, great restaurants and retail, incredible walkability and lots of parks and play spaces for kids. Nic has been a licensed real estate broker since 2010.

Since starting Commencement Bay Brokers in 2013, Nic has assembled a great team to help serve his loyal base of clients. Nic’s goal is to provide an extremely high level of customer service before, during and after the purchase or sale of a home. Not surprisingly, Nic’s business is primarily referral-based and word of mouth.

Nic grew up playing competitive sports in Mount Vernon, and that history has had a big impact on his approach to life and business. Nic earned a B.A. in Community Service from Saint Martin’s University in Olympia. He and his wife Emily have four children who are actively involved in everything from competitive sports to music and drama. Nic is currently serving on the National Alumni Board for Saint Martin’s University and as a member of the Tacoma Athletic Commission. He has a personal interest in type I diabetes, actively raising money and participating in activities for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).
